He brings extensive experience in developing and executing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs, as well as industrial safety and environmental protection initiatives. Gopinath has served as Division HSES Coordinator at Faurecia Emission Control Technologies, managing HSES programs, plant safety assessments, audits, and ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 compliance, and as Project Quality Lead at GRASP Consultants, where he worked with clients like Royal Enfield to enhance production quality and reduce supplier PPM. His contributions have been recognized with awards such as the Best Safety Company Award by TNSPWA and the HSE Best Practice Award by TIMES GROUP, and he holds certifications in Product Design and Analysis, ESG, First Aid, and multiple industrial safety and risk analysis programs.
